Japanese Taberu Ra-Yu (Vegan)

Japanese Ra-Yu focus on texture and subtle heat from cashew and chilli flakes. We love it on steamed rice, roasted culiflower and deep-fried goods. The ways to enjoy this is endless, but you might find yourself eating directly from the jar. 

Ingredients: Cashew Nuts, sesame seeds,  garlics, red onions, gochugaru, salt, shallots , soy sauce (soya, gluten), sugar, miso (soya, gluten) and sunflower oil.
